Mobile Market

The Mobile Market is a great way to sell local food and an amazing boost to local farmers. The Mobile Market truck will be set up at Main Street next to Burger King and will be onsite the following dates: 6/14, 6/28, 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, 8/23, 9/6, 9/20, 10/11 and 10/25 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm. They also have a Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program where seniors may qualify to receive coupons to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from authorized farmers this summer. To qualify, a person must be age 60 or older with a low income, provide proof of identity, and provide proof of residency in Spartanburg County. They must apply in person to receive the benefits. For more information, please contact 242-9733. To learn more about the Mobile Market, you can go to http://222.hubcityfm.org/.
