Built in 1925 to plans by Frank H. and Joseph G. Cunningham, the old Woodruff High School is a two-story, modified H-plan stuccoed masonry building in the Collegiate Gothic style, with Gothic arches and entrances framed by pointed arches. It was the high school until 1953, then a middle and elementary school. In 1978 the City of Woodruff acquired it and adapted it as City Hall and police headquarters. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
